Michael Kelly
	
Bio
Michael Kelly is an experienced corporate and litigation attorney with more than three decades of legal practice. His work spans complex transactions, commercial litigation, and business law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, and real estate matters.
Before joining Jackson, Landrith & Kulesz, Michael served as in-house counsel for Gvest Capital LLC and Manufactured Housing Properties, Inc., overseeing transactions and joint ventures valued at more than $100 million. He also founded and operated his own law practice for over 20 years, representing clients in commercial disputes, corporate governance, and transactional matters across multiple states.
A former U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant, Michael brings the same precision and discipline to his legal work that he did in service to his country. He has tried more than 100 jury and non-jury cases in state and federal courts.
Michael is licensed to practice law in Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Pennsylvania. He earned both his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma.
